How do I place an order?

Search among more than 500 high quality products available for rental. 

Select your desired product, the hire period and the quantity you need. 

Accept our T&Cs and let us know where and when you want your products delivered.

What day should I schedule my product to be delivered and picked up?

You have the flexibility to choose what date and time suits you. We only need somebody to be there at the address to receive the goods. 

We highly recommend to place the order in advance to ensure availability of the items.

How can I get an item I can't find on your website?

Want something you can’t find? Leave it to us. 

We’ll source any special item you need for rent. If we can’t find it, we’ll try our best to point you in the right direction. 

Please email or call us directly for any special item requests. We’re always keen to hear your feedback. 

How late can I order?

We will try our very best to accommodate all order requests. With that said, we generally require a 24 hour notice period to fulfill orders with select special items requiring more time. 

In the end, we pride ourselves with our responsiveness and will always offer constant communication on the status of your order. 

What if I have to cancel my order?

Orders cancelled more than 7 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund. 

Orders cancelled within 7 days to delivery will receive a 50% refund.

Do you require a deposit?

For select items we’ll need to pre-authorize a safety deposit. 

This extra sum will be included in the overall transaction and will not be drawn from your credit card. 

If you choose to pay by any other payment method these monies will be transferred back to your card within 48 hrs once the item is returned. 

Please remember you will incur charges if items are damaged or missing.

Is it safe to provide my credit card details online?

How far in advance do I need to order these items?

Please reserve your equipment as soon as possible because this helps us ensure their delivery to you.

How can I make a payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. 

We also accept Paypal and use a secure payment gateway provider to ensure all transaction are safe.

Delivery

When will my items be delivered?

You are in control. We deliver and collect seven days a week! Please select your delivery day and time slot and we’ll be sure to coordinate logistics to arrive just then. 

Please remember that even though we try our best, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries can fall outside of the approximate time slots. If this does happen, we will give you as much advance notice as possible. 

We only need somebody to be there at the address to receive the goods at your selected time.

Can I pick my items up?

Unfortunately not, we want to ensure that your products arrive in the best condition, using a friendly and trusted courier service to hand-deliver your items directly to you.

Is the baby equipment sanitized before delivery?

Absolutely! You can have peace of mind knowing that every piece of baby equipment goes through rigorous cleaning and inspection prior to delivery.

Are all the products delivered in good and clean condition?

Rentuu only works with the best rental companies in the UK and Ireland to guarantee quality, hygiene and professionality to our users.

How much does delivery cost?

We currently deliver across all the UK and Ireland. Delivery and collection prices will change according to selected day and location. If you are calling from abroad still get in touch with us and we will help you.

Returns

I lost an item that I rented, what do I do?

You are responsible for lost items. We’ll need A minimum charge of 60% of the original price of the product will be applied for lost items. Rentuu.com reserves to right to apply additional charges incurred in recovering rented equipment.

How do returns work?

During the booking process you can select a pick-up date for when you want your item collection. We’ll stop by with no additional charge to pick up the items.If you want to change your scheduled return time and date.

How can I extend the rental period for my current items?

Some items may be booked for other Rentuu.com clients but, if your items do have availability we we would be more than happy to accommodate your request.
